Meet Louise Ballantyne; a specialist personal trainer

Based in the Carse of Gowrie; covering Perth, Dundee and Fife, Louise Ballantyne has worked with over 100 clients delivering fitness, physical activity and wellbeing sessions to a range of individuals with various needs and goals.

Louise has supported individuals to make informed choices about their health and improve their overall wellbeing by making sustainable changes.
