A 4-week challenge designed to kick start your health and fitness journey, improve your relationship with food and learn to love yourself and feel fabulous in just four weeks.

Limited to ten people every intake, we work closely with you to design individual exercise programmes and nutrition plans that work for you and your lifestyle and help you to reach your goals.

You will develop new habits that will last and a more positive mindset that will help you to succeed.

As a challenge member, you receive:

  • 1:1 training session once per week over Zoom or outdoors
  • 3 on-demand fitness classes, specifically selected for you and your goals

  • Welcome seminar and weekly presentations
  • 7 days per week support from your coach + weekly check-ins

As a challenge member, you will commit to:

  • 2.5 hours per week dedicated to physical activity
  • Learning, trying new things and taking advice from your coach
  • Informing your coach of any changes, concerns or issues
