Your Health is important at all stages of Pregnancy!

The great news is that staying fit and well during and after pregnancy doesn’t have to be avoided!

Whether you are pregnant, just had a baby or are still experiencing postnatal issues further down the line, we want to help you to stay fit and well so that you can keep your baby safe and well.

Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is different and we will work with you to provide safe and effective exercise that works for you.

Pre-Natal training

Gone are the days that women are told to rest up for 9 months during pregnancy. In fact, it is widely known that exercise and physical activity is beneficial for both you and your baby.

We offer 1:1 training and support, available both online or face to face. We will work with you to plan and deliver an effective exercise programme that will help you to stay healthy, active and most importantly as comfortable, confident and happy as possible throughout your pregnancy.

Post – Natal training

Finding time to exercise as a new Mum is often difficult. It takes time to adjust and you might be discovering that your baby may even have a better social life than you! After 9 months of physical and hormonal changes, your body may feel tired and out of shape and we can help you to reconnect with your body.

We offer 1:1 training and support, available both online or face to face. We will work with you to design a programme of safe and effective exercise to build strength and improve cardiovascular fitness to ensure you are energised and healthy as you start your journey as a new Mum.
