Looking to drop your weight, build your strength, or improve your overall health? Louise Ballantyne is a fully-qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. After signing up for our personal training service, Louise will help create a fitness plan tailored to your needs and goals. She’ll then motivate you, encourage you, and keep you accountable as your strive to meet your personal goals.

Personal training plans are available virtually or in-person at the Living Omni gym.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every individual will be treated as an individual and no two people’s starting point is the same. We will work with you to establish your needs, goals, likes and dislikes and find out a bit more about your current physical activity levels. We don’t see physical activity as just ‘exercise’ and we will discuss your lifestyle including your job, your family life, your hobbies and interests and plan with those in mind. 

Our coaches are fully qualified and insured to work with most medical conditions and we always seek consent from your GP if you have a health condition before we begin working with you. If you have a rare condition that we don’t know about, we will support you in finding someone who is qualified and refer you on. 

We offer a free consultation call for all of our services and these can be booked by clicking on the orange button. You can select which service you are interested in and then use the text box to tell us more about your needs. You will have the opportunity to book a call with us, or if you aren’t quite ready, once we have received your enquiry, we will respond, usually within 48 hours and we can answer any questions and get you booked in.

Virtual coaching is personal or group training delivered to your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. Using specialist software, we plan your fitness and nutrition around your goals and you can workout anywhere. Using an app, you can upload comments, photos and videos and we provide detailed feedback and coaching. We will have weekly check ins to discuss progress and you will have the ongoing support of your coach via messaging. We also offer hybrid coaching meaning you can book regular or one off face to face sessions to help keep you on track. One of the benefits of virtual or hybrid coaching is that it costs less than face to face but you will still get the same individual support.

All services are completely bespoke and designed with you in mind. We offer face to face, hybrid or virtual coaching and we will work with you every step of the way to ensure your needs are met. We take care of the planning, delivery and evaluation. Many of our services are delivered in partnership with other organisations meaning you have the support and expertise of various services.
