If you are currently pregnant and wondering what exercises are safe to do when pregnant, if you can start exercising now or if you can keep doing your current workouts, let me take those worries away and help you look after yourself and your precious bump throughout pregnancy, whatever stage! Working out during pregnancy is encouraged, provided you are otherwise well, and exercise can help maintain strength, increase energy levels, improve sleep, prevent and manage lower back pain or pelvic pain, improve posture and feel empowered, strong and ready for motherhood.
If you have recently had a baby and wondering how soon you can start exercising again or simply wondering how you will ever make time to work out with your new responsibilities, I can help you feel stronger and healthier.

Our post natal programmes aren’t a quick fix to ‘bounce back’ or ‘get your body back.’ In fact, these are terms I just cannot get on board with. What are you bouncing back from? You still have your body, it didn’t go anywhere. You just grew and nurtured, then brought new life into the world! Remember it takes 9 months to grow and nurture a baby so we would always encourage a slow and steady approach, completely tailored to your needs and goals!

I can work with you wherever you are, with whatever equipment you have, providing a truly bespoke service whether in person at our private studio (PH2), partner studio (KY8), virtual (via app) or hybrid.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never exercised up until now, can I start now?
You are never too late to start exercising. Exercise helps keep your mind and body healthy and all of our programmes are tailored specifically to you and your growing bump. It's not the time to be hitting max reps in the gym but exercise supports a healthy pregnancy and helps prepare you for labour and becoming a Mum. Your starting point is individual to you and we will work at your pace. We look at your whole lifestyle including your job, family life, hobbies, interests and plan with those in mind.
I have a medical condition and I am worried that exercising while pregnant or post natal will make it worse. How can I manage this?
Louise is qualified and insured to work with pre and post natal ladies and most medical conditions and if needed, will seek consent from your GP or health professional before commencing a new programme of exercise. We will work with you to find out more about any symptoms or side effects and plan your exercise around this. If you have a rare condition that we are not qualified to work with, we will support you to find another coach who can work with you.
How do I get started?
The process is simple. You get in touch with us via the orange consultation button. Once we receive your enquiry, we will respond within 48 hours and arrange a suitable time for your consultation. Your consultation will take place either via voice call, video call or in person and we will discuss your goals/needs/lifestyle. Once you decide to go ahead, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete as well as a payment link and your programming and planning will commence.
Is exercise safe in pregnancy and after having a baby and can I exercise in every trimester?
You can workout at every stage of pregnancy and from the day you give birth if you want to but there are things that you will need to change and adapt. This is where we come in, and we will ensure you are safe and confident in what you are doing.
How does it work?
Everything is tailored to your needs and there are options to train individually, or as part of a group. You can train in person, remotely or via a hybrid programme and all options are discussed at your consultation.
