About This Service

Whether you are a teacher, youth worker, youth sports coach or anything in between, we can provide a number of services designed to enhance your current offering to encourage young people to gain confidence, set and achieve their goals and step out of their comfort zones.

Through team building days, ongoing weekly programmes, one-off workshops, talks and 1:1 support; all programmes are individually designed and bespoke to suit the needs of your group. Young people will work on themselves and their relationship with the world to enhance their skills, knowledge and experience to become the best possible version of themselves and more prepared to take on whatever challenges they may face.

We also offer training and workshops to teachers and youth leaders to better support young people in improving their physical and mental health to build confidence.

Finally, we can provide bespoke personal training and nutrition support in an engaging and exciting way, to encourage young people to improve their health and wellbeing.

Are you qualified to work with children and young people?
Louise has over 15 years of experience in working with children and young people in a range of settings; schools, youth groups, events, fitness classes. With a degree in Community Education and fitness/nutrition qualifications, Louise will ensure safe and effective delivery and all programmes are tailored to suit. All staff are PVG checked.
Do you do group sessions or is it just 1:1 for young people?
All programmes are tailored to suit. In the past we have delivered everything from 1:1 personal training sessions for referred teenagers right through to events for whole schools. Our main aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of the nation and we will work with you to do this in the way that suits your group or individual best.
How do I book a session for my youth group?
It's a very simple process. Get in touch via the orange button or send us an email and give as much detail as possible; location, the number of attendees, proposed date and type of session you are looking for. We will then continue the consultation process either via email, voice/video call or an in person meeting where we will discuss any specific needs/goals. If you decide to go ahead, you would be asked to pay a 20% deposit, and then all health and safety/risk assessment processes would commence in advance of the sessions. All sessions are tailored to suit and are focussed on outcomes.
Will your programmes help young people or is it just for fun.
We aim not only to support young people to improve their health and wellbeing, but also to improve life skills, employability, confidence and self esteem. We deliver our services in an engaging and fun way, taking the lead from young people. Our programmes can be linked to existing qualifications and curriculum to allow targeted outcomes to be met. Our coaches are qualified to deliver SQA qualifications as well as Youth Achievement Awards, ASDAN, Princes Trust, Saltire and more.
