Hi, I'm Louise,
I specialise in cancer rehab/prehab, exercise referral, pre and post natal combined with mindset and life coaching to create health strategies that actually work in the real world.

Why? Because my own family’s experience with illness changed how I see health forever; and I know the power of movement when it’s used right.

I started working with Lou almost 2 years ago, following the birth of my second child. I was still suffering from post natal high blood pressure and was very much suffering significantly with health anxiety because of that.
Lou gave me a realistic plan to support me in lowering my blood pressure and generally getting fit again post baby. Her extensive knowledge of not only exercise and movement, but also mindset, has changed my life completely. Within 6 months I was able to stop the medication I was on for high BP and I was in a much better place mentally.

I found Louise through attending a cancer support group. One of the other men in the group had been working with her for over a year and sung her praises. I enquired, not yet fully understanding the benefits of exercising with cancer but very soon, that all became clear. I had only been diagnosed for around 6 weeks and was just starting treatment. I was struggling mentally with the shock of being told I had cancer but after attending Louise's gym for a consultation, I knew there was hope. Lou coached me through my diagnosis, my treatment and my recovery and I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge, wisdom, support and kindness. Exercise, and Louise, got me through one of the darkest couple of years and I'm forever grateful. I'm not out of the woods yet but I'm back playing golf, travelling and chasing after the grandkids as well as doing something I had never ever done... lifting weights! (and actually feeling strong!)
